Etihad Airways will double its Airbus A380 service to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport this summer, making Paris one of the few destinations worldwide to receive twice-daily A380 flights from the airline.
From 1 July to 24 October 2026, Etihad will operate two daily A380 flights between Zayed International Airport and Paris, alongside a third daily Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner service.
The move will expand premium-seat capacity significantly on one of Etihad’s strongest European routes.
More premium capacity and flagship products
The increased A380 deployment brings more of Etihad’s flagship onboard products to the French market, including:
- The Residence, the airline’s ultra-premium three-room suite,
- First Apartments,
- Business Studios,
- and expanded premium seating overall.
Chief Revenue and Commercial Officer Arik De described the expansion as a strong signal of confidence in the Paris market, targeting both business and leisure demand.
Three daily Paris flights
Under the new summer schedule, Etihad will operate:
- two A380 departures from Abu Dhabi at 02:35 and 14:20,
- plus a Boeing 787-9 departure at 08:50.
Return flights from Paris will depart at:
- 10:40 and 21:50 on the A380,
- and 15:50 on the 787-9.
Strategic connectivity
Etihad says the expanded schedule strengthens connections between France and the Middle East while also improving onward links through Abu Dhabi to destinations across Asia and the Indian subcontinent via the airline’s growing global network.
Paris joins a select group of destinations receiving double-daily Etihad A380 service, reinforcing the aircraft’s continuing importance within the carrier’s premium long-haul strategy.
