Emirates is looking for new cabin crew members in Belgium and will hold recruitment open days in Antwerp and Brussels later this month. The Dubai-based airline will organise two cabin crew recruitment events, giving candidates the opportunity to apply directly for a position with Emirates’ multinational cabin crew team.
The first open day will take place on Monday, September 14, at 09:00 at the NH Collection Antwerp, Pelikaanstraat 84 in Antwerp. A second recruitment day will be held on Wednesday, September 16, at 09:00 at the NH Collection Brussels Center, Boulevard Adolphe Max 7 in Brussels.
Candidates are encouraged to pre-register online for a smoother recruitment process, although those who have not applied beforehand can also attend as walk-ins.
Applicants should bring an up-to-date CV in English and a recent photograph. Candidates should also be prepared to spend the full day at the venue, as shortlisted applicants will be informed on the same day about the timing of further assessments and interviews.
The airline says it is looking for people who are passionate about providing personalised hospitality and creating memorable experiences for passengers.
Safety remains a key part of the role, with cabin crew expected to take responsibility for aircraft safety, security procedures and the management of onboard services.
Successful candidates receive training at Emirates’ dedicated training facilities in Dubai. All cabin crew members are based in Dubai, where they receive a package including a tax-free salary, company-provided accommodation, transport to and from work and medical coverage.
Employees and their families and friends also benefit from concessional travel on the Emirates network.
Emirates says its cabin crew team currently represents 151 nationalities, reflecting the international nature of its operations.
The airline operates a fleet of around 290 all-wide-body aircraft and serves 153 destinations across six continents. Emirates is the world’s largest operator of both the Boeing 777 and Airbus A380, while its fleet also includes the Airbus A350, with 27 A350 aircraft currently in service according to the airline.
Emirates has been operating flights between Dubai and Brussels for 12 years and currently offers two daily flights between the Belgian capital and Dubai.
For candidates interested in applying, Emirates recommends pre-registering through its official careers website before attending one of the Belgian recruitment events.
