Emirates launches cabin crew recruitment drive in Belgium with June open days in Brussels and Antwerp

Share

Emirates is actively recruiting new cabin crew members in Belgium as the airline continues to expand its global network and staffing needs.

The Dubai-based carrier will hold two recruitment open days in June 2026:

  • Brussels: 15 June, 09:00 at NH Collection Brussels Centre
  • Antwerp: 17 June, 09:00 at NH Collection Antwerp Centre

The airline is seeking candidates with strong customer service skills, multilingual abilities, and a focus on safety procedures. Selected applicants will undergo training at Emirates’ facility in Dubai before joining its multinational cabin crew workforce.

Emirates emphasises hospitality, safety leadership, and service consistency as core requirements for cabin crew roles. Successful candidates will be based in Dubai and operate across the airline’s global network.

Employment package and career offering

Recruits would join one of the world’s largest international airline workforces, with staff representing over 160 nationalities. Benefits include:

  • Tax-free salary
  • Company-provided accommodation in Dubai
  • Transport to and from work
  • Medical coverage
  • Travel benefits for staff and families across the airline’s global network

The airline currently operates flights to more than 150 destinations across six continents and maintains a fleet of over 280 wide-body aircraft, including Boeing 777 and Airbus A380 aircraft.

Emirates has been serving Brussels Airport for more than a decade, currently operating 14 weekly flights from the city.

The recruitment drive reflects continued expansion in both operational scale and crew demand, particularly across European markets feeding into its Dubai hub.
