Emirates will hold a pilot recruitment roadshow in Brussels on 23 and 24 February 2026 as part of its global hiring drive to meet rising customer demand. The sessions will take place at the Sheraton Brussels Airport in Zaventem on 23 February at 10:00 and 13:00, and on 24 February at 10:00.
The roadshow targets experienced commercial pilots interested in joining Emirates as Type Rated First Officers, Direct Entry Captains, or through the Accelerated Command Programme. The airline has committed to hiring more than 1,500 pilots across 2025 and 2026, within a broader Emirates Group recruitment plan to onboard 17,300 professionals across 350 roles this financial year.
No prior registration is required, and candidates need only attend one session. Attendees will receive detailed information on the recruitment process, career pathways, training programmes and benefits, and will have the opportunity to speak directly with current Emirates pilots.
Emirates pilots operate one of the world’s youngest all wide-body fleets, flying to more than 151 destinations. The airline has already received 16 Airbus A350s, with 57 on order, and is awaiting delivery of the Boeing 777-9, part of an order book of 270 aircraft.
The airline offers a comprehensive benefits package including a tax-free salary, 42 days of annual leave, annual leave tickets for pilots and immediate family, company-provided accommodation in Dubai, education allowances, full insurance coverage and discounted travel benefits.
Training is conducted in Dubai at Emirates’ advanced pilot training facilities, featuring evidence- and competency-based programmes and a new US$135 million training centre equipped with full-flight simulators for A350 and 777X aircraft.
