On 12 September, an Egyptair Boeing 737 (SU-GCO) was operating flight MS3100 from Cairo to Belgrade. At 04:10 (UTC +2) the aircraft landed on runway 30 at Belgrade Airport but suffered multiple tire blow-outs. The aircraft was unable to leave the runway resulting in the temporary closure of the airport. More than ten flights bound for Belgrade were forced to divert to other airports.
