On 3 October, an easyJet Airbus A320neo (G-UZHI) operated flight U21903 between Manchester, United Kingdom and Tenerife South Airport, Spain. The crew, however, was forced to divert to Faro, Portugal after a brawl broke out on board. In total, seven British passengers were escorted off the aircraft.

After the altercation, the flight was able to continue to Tenerife, with a delay of just under three hours. The return flight towards Manchester was delayed until the following afternoon, most likely due to crew duty and rest regulations.
