Sonaca 200 crashes during training flight in Turkey, pilot dies of his injuries

On 22 October, a Sonaca 200, owned by the Ayjet Flight School, Istanbul, Turkey and registered TC-UUG, experienced an apparent aerodynamic stall/spin and a subsequent impact with airport terrain during a landing attempt at Istanbul Hezarfen Airfield (LTBW), Turkey.

The aircraft was destroyed and the sole trainee pilot onboard received serious injuries which proved fatal one day after the accident.The following pictures and footage appeared on social media:
