Due to the increasing popularity, Turkish tour operator Corendon has expanded the number of winter destinations to which it flies from Maastricht Aachen Airport. This winter, it will operate new flights to Hurghada (Egypt), Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) and Tenerife from the Dutch airport, which is also popular with Belgians and Germans because of its location close to the border.

Last winter Antalya (Turkey) and the Gambia were also introduced from Maastricht. Those routes are flown again this winter.

Specifically, a Corendon aircraft will depart from Maastricht every day to sunny destinations: on Mondays and Thursdays to Antalya (Turkey), on Tuesdays and Saturdays to Banjul (Gambia), on Wednesdays and Sundays to Hurghada (Egypt), and on Fridays a combined flight to Tenerife and Las Palmas (Canary Islands).

Just like last year, Corendon passengers can park their car for free on parking P2, next to the terminal. This advantage, together with the short queues, is the main reason that the number of Corendon customers leaving from Maastricht has almost doubled in one year.
