Condor is continuing its long-haul growth strategy with the order of four additional Airbus A330-900neo aircraft. The new order, approved by the airline’s Supervisory Board this week, will increase Condor’s A330neo fleet to 25 aircraft by 2031. Currently, Condor operates 18 A330neo jets, with three more scheduled for delivery by the end of 2027.
All Condor long-haul routes are now operated exclusively by the modern A330neo, offering passengers enhanced comfort, greater cabin space, free in-flight entertainment, and improved connectivity. The aircraft are also more environmentally efficient, capable of operating with up to 50% sustainable aviation fuel thanks to Rolls-Royce Trent 7000 engines.
“This summer, for the first time, we are offering a standardised product across our entire long-haul network,” said Condor CEO Peter Gerber. “Customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and this move reinforces our commitment to growth and quality in international travel.”
Condor has also secured options for four additional A330neo aircraft, with a final decision expected at a later date. The fleet expansion supports Condor’s broader long-haul ambitions, including new European city destinations that provide enhanced connectivity to its intercontinental network.
