Condor is revamping its baggage policy to improve clarity and passenger experience, with phased changes starting in 2026 and 2027.
From May 1, 2026, the airline will standardise carry-on allowances, introducing a maximum size of 55 × 40 × 23 cm, while increasing the size of the included personal item to 40 × 30 × 15 cm.
From May 1, 2027, Condor will enhance checked baggage allowances across all routes with uniform rules replacing destination-based policies. Economy Class passengers will be allowed one 23 kg bag (up from 20 kg), Premium Economy one 32 kg bag (up from 25 kg), and Business Class two 32 kg bags (previously 30 kg each).
The changes align Condor’s policies with international standards as it evolves into a broader network carrier. The airline says the new structure will simplify travel—particularly for connecting flights—while improving transparency, consistency, and overall customer experience.
