Condor will launch a new route between Stockholm Arlanda and Frankfurt on 13 May 2027, operating twice daily with Airbus A320-family aircraft seating up to 180 passengers.
The service will strengthen links between Sweden and Germany while providing connections through Condor’s Frankfurt hub to destinations across North America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia. Connecting options will include San Francisco, Vancouver, Johannesburg, the Dominican Republic and Phuket.
Swedavia described the route as a significant investment demonstrating confidence in the Swedish aviation market. Besides serving leisure and visiting-friends-and-relatives traffic, the connection is expected to support business travel and trade between Sweden and Germany.
Condor said the Stockholm service forms part of its strategy to expand its European city network and develop Frankfurt as a hub offering coordinated connections between short-haul and long-haul flights.
