Condor has launched an app within ChatGPT, bringing travel inspiration and flight searches directly into conversations. The German carrier says it is the first airline in the DACH region — Germany, Austria and Switzerland — to introduce such an app.
Prices reflect users’ market and currency settings, while bookings are completed on Condor’s website.
Alexander Mai, Condor’s Director E-Commerce, said the app aims to help passengers from the earliest stages of planning, including those who have yet to choose a destination. The launch forms part of the airline’s wider development of AI tools for customers and internal processes.
