Condor is significantly expanding its European route network by introducing service to London Gatwick (LGW) starting in April 2026. This marks the first time London will be part of the airline’s direct network.
The new route will connect Frankfurt (FRA) and London Gatwick with three daily flights, catering to both business travellers and city tourists.
Strategic Importance
Business Connectivity: The service provides a vital link between Frankfurt, one of Europe’s most influential financial hubs, and the Greater London area, offering flexible options for day or short business trips.
Leisure Travel: It also offers an attractive connection for tourists seeking weekend getaways to London.
Growth Signal: Peter Gerber, CEO of Condor, stated the launch is “another clear signal of our growth in the European market.” Jonathan Pollard of London Gatwick welcomed Condor, emphasising the importance of the key link between the two major centres.
Resumption of Additional Routes
In addition to the new London service, Condor is resuming flights to two other destinations, further strengthening its presence in high-growth markets:
| Destination | Departure City | Frequency | Start Date | Purpose |
| Sulaymaniyah (ISU), Iraq | Düsseldorf (DUS) | Weekly nonstop | December 2025 | Visiting family and friends |
| Tbilisi (TBS), Georgia | Frankfurt (FRA) | Daily | June 2026 | Culture and leisure travel |
