According to the Irish Aviation Research Institute, CityJet Avro RJ85 registered EI-RJU positioned from Dublin to Frankfurt as LH9914 on 18 July 2019. It immediately started a commercial flight (LH1024) to Brussels for Lufthansa.
The next day the aircraft continued Lufthansa services operating a mix of domestic and international routes to/from Brussels (LH1025), Milan Malpensa (LH248/249), Brussels again (LH1012/1013) and Leipzig (LH160/165).
On 20 July, it flew to the same destinations, and today, 21 July, the aircraft will again be spotted in Brussels and Milan Malpensa.
The CityJet Avro RJ85 is configured in a dense 6-across layout. A change of comfort level for the regular Lufthansa passenger!
