On 26 May, a China Southern Airlines Airbus A380-800 (B-6140) operated domestic flight CZ3101 between Guangzhou and Beijing (China). Before approaching Beijing, South of the airport, the aircraft received a hail strike causing damage to the nose cone and the pilots’ windshields. The pilots continued to Beijing for a safe landing.
