Blue Islands’ new twice-weekly direct service between Jersey and Paris Charles de Gaulle has taken off successfully, with strong early demand from both Jersey residents and French visitors. Launched four weeks ago, the route operates on Mondays and Thursdays until October 30, 2025.
Blue Islands CEO Rob Veron highlighted the route’s appeal for both leisure and tourism, noting that 23% of passengers originate in Paris—a figure expected to grow as awareness increases in the French market. The service enhances Jersey’s connectivity and strengthens cultural and economic ties with France.
The inaugural flight was marked with a special send-off at Jersey Airport, attended by Ports of Jersey and Visit Jersey representatives. Ports of Jersey CEO Matt Thomas hailed the new route as a major milestone, bringing the total number of direct European destinations from Jersey Airport to 15 in 2025. Charles de Gaulle’s status as a global hub also offers passengers seamless onward connections.
