Avianca suspends flights to and from Caracas

Due to operational limitations during past hours, Avianca is under the obligation to suspend its operations to Venezuela as of July 27, and NOT August 16 as it had been planned. This includes closing the sale of tickets on the routes that connect Caracas with Bogota and Lima.

The Airline is making every effort to help those travelers with reservations on flights scheduled for this week to that country. They are being accommodated on other airlines subject to availability. This option applies to flights until August 16th.

Travelers with a reservation that cannot be accommodated, will be refunded 100% of the value paid for their tickets.
Avianca thanks you for your understanding of this measure that has been taken with the intention of preserving safety.
