Ailing airline Alitalia is looking for at least 1 billion € by the end of this month, Italian newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore reports.
End of March Alitalia -expected losses per day: €2 million- will no longer be able to afford fuel or to pay the salaries of 12,000 employees, the airports’ fees, the leasing payments on the airplanes and their other suppliers.
