airBaltic is preparing for another phase of growth and is launching a significant recruitment campaign, opening up to 200 Junior Cabin Crew positions across its bases in Riga, Tallinn, and Vilnius. The new hires are expected to join the airline by the summer season of 2026, supporting its expanding fleet and growing route network.

The Latvian carrier is inviting applications from candidates eager to start a career in aviation — no prior experience required. Successful applicants will join airBaltic’s international team and receive fully paid training, allowing them to obtain a Cabin Crew certificate within roughly two months.

The airline highlights that the role offers a flexible schedule, making it suitable for students or those seeking a dynamic career change. New crew members can expect a multicultural environment, extensive travel opportunities, and clear pathways for career development within the company.

Marina Volkova, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at airBaltic, commented:
“As we prepare for the upcoming summer season and continue expanding our fleet, we are opening up to 200 Junior Cabin Crew vacancies across the Baltic region. Interest in this opportunity has always been high, and we are delighted to welcome candidates who are passionate about aviation and thrive in a dynamic environment. The success of airBaltic is driven by professional, well-trained people, and we offer fully paid training and a clear development path – both for those starting their careers and for those seeking a new professional direction.”

Cabin crew members will take on key responsibilities related to onboard safety, customer care, sales, and the smooth operation of daily flights. As frontline representatives, they play a crucial role in delivering airBaltic’s service standards.

The airline currently employs nearly 3,000 aviation professionals and continues to be recognised as a top employer both in the Baltics and internationally.
