airBaltic to perform two daily flights between Riga and Palanga, Lithuania, in winter

airBaltic has announced that it will continue to perform two daily flights (BT33/34 and BT35/36 between Palanga (PLQ) and Riga (RIX) also during the upcoming winter season that will begin in late October.

Wolfgang Reuss, SVP Network Management of airBaltic: “The route between Palanga and Riga has seen very positive feedback and acceptance of our offer by our customers during the previous winter season and, based on that, we are adding three more weekly flights for the upcoming winter. It will further improve connectivity to and from Palanga.”

A complete schedule of airBaltic flights and tickets are available on the company’s homepage at www.airbaltic.com. These flights are currently operated by a mix of aircraft: Boeing 737-300, Dash 8 Q400, Airbus A220-300.

airBaltic serves over 70 destinations from Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius, offering the largest variety of destinations and convenient connections via Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, the CIS and the Middle East. In summer season 2019, airBaltic has launched new destinations from Riga to Dublin, Stuttgart and Lviv as well as to Kos and Menorca.
