airBaltic carried 558,000 passengers across its network in July 2026, representing a 3% increase compared with the 539,200 passengers recorded during the same month last year.
The Latvian airline operated 4,786 scheduled flights during July, up 7.4% from 4,455 flights in July 2025. As capacity expanded faster than passenger traffic, the average load factor declined by 2.3 percentage points, from 86.4% to 84.2%.
During the first seven months of 2026, airBaltic carried 3.013 million passengers, an increase of 3.9% year-on-year and the airline’s highest-ever passenger total for the January-to-July period.
The carrier operated 28,417 flights between January and July, representing growth of 5.4% compared with the corresponding period in 2025.
The figures reflect airBaltic’s continued network and capacity expansion, although the lower July load factor indicates that the increase in available seats outpaced passenger demand during the peak summer month.
