Air Serbia has inaugurated direct flights between Belgrade and Tenerife, expanding its Spanish network and establishing a nonstop link with the Canary Islands.
The service will operate twice weekly, departing Belgrade on Tuesdays and Saturdays and returning from Tenerife on Wednesdays and Sundays. The airline expects the route to attract passengers from Serbia and neighbouring countries, as well as connecting travellers using its Belgrade hub.
Air Serbia said strong bookings indicated clear demand for the service, particularly for autumn and winter travel, as Tenerife’s mild climate makes it a year-round destination.
The airline will further expand in Spain on 30 September with the launch of direct flights between Belgrade and Seville, bringing its Spanish network to eight destinations.
