Air Greenland will introduce a new direct winter route between Ilulissat and Copenhagen starting 29 October 2026, coinciding with the opening of the new airport in Ilulissat. The airline’s Airbus A330neo Tuukkaq will operate the inaugural flight.
Following launch, operations will temporarily be conducted by Jettime using a Boeing 737-800 (180 seats) until spring 2027, when Air Greenland takes delivery of its new Airbus A320neo, Unaaq, which will assume responsibility for the route.
