At approximately 3 am last night, the negotiating bodies of Transavia and the VNV (Dutch Airline Pilots Association) reached an agreement in principle for the pilots’ CLA.

Mattijs ten Brink: ‘Both parties have taken up their responsibilities to reach a balanced agreement, one that meets the pilots’ wishes and that enables the long-term health of our company.’

Besides schedules, the negotiations involved the Loss of Licence scheme and the wage section. We have reached agreement on all these themes.

Through the agreement, space has been created to work on the future, fitting the changes Transavia is going through. A future which safeguards the interests of the pilots, all other colleagues, passengers and partners of Transavia’, states Ten Brink.
