KLM and the VNV trade union have again talked to each other last Friday about a future collective labour agreement for pilots. Unfortunately, the consultation has gone into a difficult phase. Both VNV and KLM have put proposals on the table.
KLM takes the objections and wishes of its pilots seriously. Therefore, a solid and comprehensive package of measures and solutions has been put on the table which, together with the previously agreed principle agreement, should lead, in KLM’s opinion, to the desired work pressure relief and improvement of the work-life balance of its pilots.
In order not to disrupt the negotiations, KLM does not make any further statements about the content.
