In total, for Summer 2017 KLM will increase capacity by 4.0% (+3.7% for long haul network, +5.4% for medium haul network), compared to Summer 2016.
KLM is offering 16 new destinations compared to the previous Summer: on the long haul network with Minneapolis, Freetown, Monrovia, Cartagena, Tehran, Windhoek (the last two as a continuation of the Winter 2016 start-ups), on the medium haul network with Gdansk, Graz, Split, Malaga, Porto, Cagliari, Catania, Milan-Malpensa, Dublin and London-City (the last 2 being a continuation of the Winter start-up).
The launch of KLM services to these new destinations increases the travel options available to our passengers. KLM has successfully implemented its strategy of accelerating the introduction of new destinations over the last few years.
