With capacity up 2.1%, load factor increased by 1.4 points to 90,1%. Growth was strongest on European routes in terms of capacity (up 5,8%), passengers (up 8,3%) and load factor (up 2,5 points). At Transavia, capacity, passenger numbers, and occupancy rates also increased.
KLM Cargo saw traffic decline by 2,4%, which was more than the 0.8% decrease in capacity. As a result, cargo load factor was down 1.1 points.
