KLM has begun a unique four-month collaboration with Air France, allowing Air France pilots to operate a KLM Boeing 777-200 on flights between New York JFK and Amsterdam Schiphol.
The initiative, which commenced today with flight KL641, marks the first time Air France pilots have flown alongside KLM cabin crew on a KLM-operated route. The move is designed to maximise group-wide resources and support KLM’s summer schedule.
The arrangement runs through October 25, 2025.
