As from 12 December 2015, Air France will be offering an additional flight (on Saturdays) to the Caribbean island of St. Martin, increasing its offer to 8 weekly flights in winter 2015. The flight operated by Airbus A340 with 275 seats, 30 in Business, 21 Premium Economy and 224 in Economy, is in addition to the daily service to the island.

Since June 2014, thanks to a strengthened partnership with Winair, Air France has been offering six intra-Caribbean destinations on departure from St. Martin: St. Barthelemy, Tortola, Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts and Nevis, operated on a code-share basis.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines serves St. Martin from Amsterdam-Schiphol 3 times a week (on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays), operated by Boeing 747 with 408 seats, with 35 in Business Class and 373 in Economy, including 36 in Economy Comfort.

Air France-KLM is positioning itself as leader on this route by offering 11 weekly flights between Europe and St. Martin this winter.

AIR FRANCE-KLM, LEADER BETWEEN EUROPE AND THE CARIBBEAN

To respond to the buoyancy in the Caribbean region, Air France-KLM has increased its frequencies between Europe and the Caribbean region. In May 2015, the Group increased the number of flights between Europe and Cuba, offering 15 weekly flights and up to 3 daily flights during the winter 2015-2016 season.

Finally, to meet the demand during the peak tourist season in the French Antilles, the Company will be offering up to 13 weekly flights between Paris-Orly and Fort de France and 2 daily flights between Paris-Orly and Pointe à Pitre from 11 January to 27 March 2016.
