Since 15 May, Anne-Marie Couderc, Chairman of Air France and Air France-KLM, has met all the representatives of the Air France trade unions in order to listen and understand and thus be able to identify the necessary actions. She will extend this listening brief with company personnel in the coming weeks and will share her findings with the Air France Board of Directors.

Since the beginning of the conflict and up to the last few days, the Air France General Management has continued its talks and meetings with employee representatives in order to reach a compromise and put an end to the crisis.

The joint trade union body has conformed a further call for strike action on 23, 24, 25 and 26 June even though a series of practical measures and initiatives are to be presented by Anne-Marie Couderc and Franck Terner, Chief Executive Officer of Air France, at the next meeting of the Air France Central Works Council, scheduled for 14 June 2018.

This position is incompatible with the collective interest and with any concern for the company’s future.
