Dishes signed by Anne-Sophie Pic in Air France’s La Première cabin


In August and September 2015, Air France is offering its La Première customers new exceptional dishes. Anne-Sophie Pic, the only French woman with three Michelin stars, has designed a starter and five hot dishes for a truly excellent culinary experience in the sky.

On departure from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and on the Company’s entire long-haul network, the chef offers a cuisine combining high quality products and inventive recipes to discover unique flavours during the flight.


Anne-Sophie Pic is continuing her collaboration with Air France in the La Première cabin by developing five new original recipes in August and September 2015. Excelling in the association of flavours, the chef offers dishes which combine powerful flavours and delicate aromas.

Throughout August and September, customers can enjoy a creamy cucumber starter. In August, beef chuck steak ravioli and foie gras consommé, half-baked lobster with celery and free-range chicken with chutney and peppered dates are among the delicacies on offer. In September, lightly-cooked langoustine with sweet spices and a sole spiral with chard ravioli are among the delicious dishes to be enjoyed in this exceptional cabin.

Since 2009, to develop its menus in the La Première cabin, Air France has been working with the Servair Culinary Studio, led by Joël Robuchon, and regularly welcomes exceptional guest chefs such as Anne-Sophie Pic in August and September 2015. A highlight of any trip, every dish is created and served with passion, so that customers can discover new flavours which promote French savoir-faire throughout the world.


Anne-Sophie Pic is the only French woman to have three Michelin stars, the supreme reward she obtained in 2007 to which she added the title of Best Female Chef in the World in 2011. Her story is one of an illustrious line of chefs and a young self-taught girl who graduated from a business school. This journey has enabled her to create intuitional and emotional cuisine. Her culinary expression is based on blends of flavours, a constant search for complexity and aromatic strength which is delicately expressed in her dishes.

Anne-Sophie Pic is currently at the head of a culinary world she has built up over the past few years and which consists of the eponymous gourmet restaurant***, the Beau-Rivage Palace gourmet restaurant** in Lausanne, the Dame de Pic restaurant* in Paris, a hotel*****, the bistro 7, a delicatessen, Scook, a cookery school and Daily Pic, a gourmet cafeteria in Valencia.
