Air France is introducing new menus created by six French chefs and pastry chefs for its La Première, Business and Premium cabins on long-haul flights departing from Paris.
In La Première, three-Michelin-starred chef Arnaud Lallement has developed more than 30 starters and main courses with catering partner Servair. Dishes include poached lobster with potatoes and paprika sauce, alongside vegetarian creations. Claire Heitzler continues to provide desserts, with new chocolate and vanilla options joining the selection.
Business Class passengers will be offered more than 20 dishes by Mathieu Viannay, chef of Lyon’s two-Michelin-starred La Mère Brazier. François Adamski has designed breakfasts and brunches for departures scheduled no later than 09:30, while Nina Métayer continues her dessert collaboration. In Premium, Frédéric Simonin provides two regularly changing hot dishes, including a vegetarian option.
The airline says its menus prioritise seasonal ingredients, with French-sourced meat, poultry, dairy products and eggs, and fish from French fisheries or sustainable sources. Business Class passengers can pre-select their hot meal at least 24 hours before departure, helping secure their preferred choice and reduce food waste.
