Air France opened a new lounge at Frankfurt Airport on 1 September, continuing its investment in premium ground services across Europe.
Located in Terminal 3, which opened in April 2026, the lounge covers almost 500 square metres and provides nearly 120 seats with panoramic views of the airport’s runways. It is operated in partnership with Global Lounge Network and is open daily from 05:00 to 21:30.
Access is available to eligible Air France Business passengers—excluding Business Light fares—and Flying Blue Elite Plus members, as well as qualifying KLM and SkyTeam customers.
The interior incorporates Air France’s blue, white and red colour scheme, its historic winged-seahorse emblem and vintage travel posters. Furniture includes designs by Pierre Paulin and Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec.
A dining area accommodating almost 50 guests serves French-inspired sweet and savoury dishes, including vegetarian options. French wines, Champagne, non-alcoholic drinks and locally brewed beers are also available. Air France said it would prioritise seasonal and locally sourced ingredients while reducing food waste.
Flying Blue Ultimate members have access to an exclusive area with cocoon-style seating. Other facilities include a quiet relaxation zone, workspaces, a soundproof booth, complimentary Wi-Fi, power and USB connections, digital newspapers and automated entrance kiosks.
Air France operates up to five daily flights between Frankfurt and Paris Charles de Gaulle during the summer, providing onward connections through its Paris hub.
