Air France opens first branded lounge at London Heathrow

Share

Air France has opened its first branded lounge at London Heathrow Airport, providing premium customers with a new 750 m² facility in Terminal 4 ahead of flights to Paris and beyond.

Open daily from 05:00 to 22:00, the lounge accommodates nearly 150 guests and is available to La Première, Business (excluding Business Light), Flying Blue Elite Plus, and eligible KLM and SkyTeam passengers. Designed in Air France’s signature style, the space features French-inspired interiors, runway views, dedicated work and relaxation areas, complimentary Wi-Fi and self-service eligibility kiosks.

The lounge showcases French hospitality through a restaurant serving seasonal cuisine—including dishes such as beef bourguignon—alongside a staffed bar offering champagne, French wines and spirits. Air France said it has also incorporated sustainability measures, including locally sourced ingredients, food waste reduction initiatives and water dispensers to reduce single-use plastics.

A highlight of the new facility is a Clarins wellness area, where eligible passengers can enjoy complimentary spa treatments, while La Première customers benefit from an exclusive private lounge area with personalised dining and access to an extended relaxation treatment. Flying Blue Ultimate members also have access to a dedicated quiet area.

The opening strengthens Air France’s premium offering at one of its most important European gateways, from which the airline operates up to six daily flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle, providing onward connections across its global network.
