Discovering Krakow, nicknamed “Florence of the North”
Krakow, a city in southern Poland near the border with the Czech Republic, is known for its well-preserved medieval centre, its Italian-style facades and the Jewish quarter. A mystical city with a hundred churches, with their baroque domes and golden spires, Krakow enjoys an exceptional architectural heritage that remained intact during the Second World War.
Discover its old town, surrounded by Planty Park and the remains of the city’s medieval walls, which is home to the majestic Rynek Glówny Square, Europe’s largest medieval square. This jewel of Poland will captivate you with the beauty of its palaces, churches, museums and cafes.
