Air France is refreshing its La Première fine-dining experience this winter with all-new menus created by two of France’s leading culinary talents: triple-Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic and acclaimed pastry chef Claire Heitzler. This marks a decade of collaboration between Air France and Pic, and further strengthens the airline’s focus on world-class gastronomy in its most exclusive cabin.
A New Culinary Chapter by Anne-Sophie Pic
Since November 2025, Anne-Sophie Pic has introduced a full suite of new dishes for La Première guests departing Paris. The menu includes:
- Seasonal à la carte starters and main courses
- Vegetarian options, fish, poultry, and red-meat dishes
- Over 30 new creations, developed with Servair’s Culinary Studio
Examples include:
- Roast parsnips with honey, walnuts, dill, and Madras curry
- Roast chicken with spicy mushroom sauce, corn, and grilled polenta
Pic says her goal was to offer “a true culinary journey” inspired by French regional produce with international touches.
A Dessert Selection by Claire Heitzler

- Apricot and almond mousse tartlet
