Air France will operate special nonstop flights between the United States and Nice in May and June 2026 to support two major events on the French Riviera: the Cannes Film Festival and the Cannes Lions Festival.
As an official long-standing partner of the Cannes Film Festival, Air France will offer direct Los Angeles–Nice services in May 2026, timed to coincide with the festival taking place from May 12 to 23. In June, the airline will also launch special direct flights between New York-JFK and Nice for the Cannes Lions Festival, scheduled from June 22 to 26.
All flights will be operated by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft featuring Air France’s new La Première cabin, the airline’s most exclusive product to date. The redesigned suites offer a fully private, modular layout with a seat and day bed converting into a two-metre bed, enhanced by large 4K screens and premium amenities.
The initiative reinforces Air France’s strong ties to cinema and major international cultural events, while showcasing its high-end offering. By summer 2026, the new La Première suites will be deployed across the airline’s entire La Première long-haul network, including all flights to Los Angeles and New York-JFK.
