Air Canada to launch Montréal–Seville flights with A321XLR in September 2027

Share

Air Canada will launch seasonal non-stop flights between Montréal and Seville on 8 September 2027, adding its fifth Spanish destination. According to the airline, the route will be Seville’s only non-stop connection with North America.

Services will initially operate three times weekly, increasing to four weekly flights from 1 October. Air Canada will deploy Airbus A321XLR aircraft configured with 14 Signature Class lie-flat seats and 168 Economy seats.

Flights are scheduled to operate until early January 2028, then resume from mid-February until early June. Departures from Montréal will be at 20:30, arriving in Seville at 09:30 the following morning. Return flights will leave Seville at 12:45 and reach Montréal at 14:40, with all times local.

The schedule will support connections through Montréal to destinations across North America, the Caribbean and Latin America. Passengers continuing to the United States can use US customs preclearance at Montréal.

The addition follows Air Canada’s expansion to Palma de Mallorca and Tenerife and forms part of its wider network growth from Montréal, including announced summer 2027 services to Basel-Mulhouse and Dubrovnik. Bookings for Seville are now open.
