Air Arabia will launch daily non-stop flights between Sharjah and Aleppo on 4 July 2026, further expanding its presence in the Syrian market.
The new route will operate seven times weekly using the airline’s Airbus A320-family fleet. Flights will depart Sharjah at 08:00 and arrive in Aleppo at 10:35, with the return service leaving Aleppo at 11:35 and reaching Sharjah at 15:55 (all local times).
The addition of Aleppo strengthens Air Arabia’s Syrian network, which already includes 21 weekly flights between Sharjah and Damascus and three weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Damascus.
Group CEO Adel Al Ali said the launch reflects the airline’s commitment to improving connectivity between the UAE and Syria while supporting growing economic, business and tourism links between the two countries.
With the new service, Air Arabia will offer direct links from the UAE to Syria’s two largest cities, further enhancing travel options for both leisure and visiting-friends-and-relatives (VFR) traffic.
