Aerolineas Argentinas took delivery of its first Boeing 737 MAX 8, the pictured LV-GVD (msn 64207). LV-GVD arrived at the Buenos Aires base the following day via a refuelling stop at Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

After a warm welcome from the local aviation enthusiast community, it was taken to a hangar where some lucky folks were able to take more pictures.
LV-GVD is expected to take some familiarisation flights during the weekend, as a special event for the official unveiling is to be held on Nov. 29.
The new type is expected to enter revenue service on December 1, 2017. it is going to operate domestic flights while the crews complete the transition from the 737-800 to the MAX.
