This night between 01:30 and 04:30 (UTC +2), the Western part of Belgian airspace will be closed due to staff shortage at Belgian Air Navigation Service Provider skeyes. The last closure of Belgian airspace dates back just one month ago: on 16 May between 09:30 and 13:00 (UTC +2), Belgian airspace below 24,500 feet was completely shut down as air traffic controllers – and all their other colleagues – working at skeyes wanted to jointly attend an information meeting with their management
