The Icelandic Air Traffic Controllers Association (FIF) has announced industrial action for the coming week, expected to affect flights at Keflavik Airport and regional airports across the country.
Search and Rescue missions, ambulance flights, and Icelandic Coast Guard operations will be exempt from the disruptions.
Passengers planning to travel during the strike period are urged to stay updated through their airlines and to check the latest flight information on the Keflavik Airport and regional airport websites.
