Avion Express, the world’s largest narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) operator and part of Avia Solutions Group, has launched its annual global recruitment campaign, offering 250 new pilot positions for Captains and First Officers holding either EASA or ICAO licenses.
Operating across five continents, Avion Express is seeking pilots to support its expanding operations in Europe and emerging ACMI markets in Latin America — including Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
Kristina Mateikaite-Riepsiene, Head of Crew Recruitment, highlighted the unique benefits of ACMI flying: “Our pilots gain diverse experience flying for partner airlines worldwide, with opportunities to build strong skills, explore different routes, and work within an international team. ACMI offers flexibility, adventure, and a work–life balance many pilots value.”
The campaign, launched under the slogan “We take care of you. We take care of everything.”, reflects Avion Express’s commitment to supporting crews with comprehensive operational assistance — from accommodation and logistics to training and transfers — allowing pilots to focus solely on flying.
With activity shifting seasonally between Europe in summer and Latin America or Asia in winter, Avion Express continues to expand its global footprint while maintaining its position as the largest ACMI operator by number of flights worldwide.
