Avia Solutions Group nears completion of landmark Boeing 777-300ER freighter conversion

AviaAM Leasing, part of Avia Solutions Group, is finalising one of the world’s first Boeing 777-300ER passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversions in partnership with Mammoth Freighters LLC. Completion is expected by the end of 2025.

This pioneering conversion will produce a highly fuel-efficient, long-range freighter capable of carrying 98 tonnes of cargo over 5,000 nautical miles, marking a major milestone for AviaAM. The company plans to convert additional 777-300ER aircraft to meet growing global demand for cargo capacity, as forecasted by Boeing.

With over 150 aircraft transactions and 50 conversion projects completed, AviaAM aims to solidify its position in the cargo aircraft leasing sector through this innovative project.
