The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) has confirmed a collision between an helicopter and an aircraft near Upper Winchendon, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The AAIB is sending a team to investigate. Both aircraft came from Wycombe Air Park.
Firefighters are currently assisting other emergency services at the scene, Thames Valley Air Ambulance is also present.
The RAF Halton, one of the largest Royal Air Force stations has said that no military aircraft are involved.
South Central Ambulance Service has confirmed “there have a been a number of casualties at the scene”, wreckage from both aircraft reportedly landed at Upper Winchendon. Reports that both aircraft landed on the grounds of the Rothschild family Waddesdon Manor house in Buckinghamshire are wrong.
From twitter: a Cessna 152 registered G-WACG and a Guimbal G2 Cabri (G-JAMM) seem to be involved in the accident. 2 occupants on each aircraft have sadly passed away.
Here are the last ADS-B telemetry reports for #Waddesdon Manor collision from both aircraft. G-JAMM was a helicopter and G-WACG was a Cessna. Both were at an altitude within 200 ft of each other. Both were squawking 7000. #planecrash pic.twitter.com/DQsl7JdRAC

As well as the registration seen on @BBCBreaking tail of G-WACG matches the livery seen on pictures of the Cessna 152. Very sad. @BBCNews pic.twitter.com/nRLv0X9aCe
