Anybody news about that?
From experience, a slot request doesn’t actually mean that they WILL start flying. But it’s a start. Would that be direct flights or via its base (Reykjavik?)
This is what Primera Air announced in 2017 on their 2018 Transatlantic plans: Primera Air announces transatlantic flights
and what Routes Online posted on the initial schedule Primera Air to start US scheduled service in S18. By the end of June, the Birmingham routes will end entirely.

As Primera Air has ordered the A321neo, we're talking about non-stop flights Europe-US.
I didn't see any mention of flights to/from BRU on their site!
Anyway, a 7 to 8 hours flight on a plane with 3 toilets for 200 pax seems a bit of a challenge, specially on the eastbound leg. :?

I can't seem to find any flights coming winter on the leg BRU - SZG. Does anybody know if they're not yet loaded in the systems, or won't there be any flights?

That should be some news! Nice competition for United! They have to do something with all their planes on order ;)
This could trigger their afternoon flight which was planned 2 years a go ;) but on the other hand.. a little competition on the NYC route won't harm

Hi,

Nice ? Transatlantic in an A321 nice ?
Guess Primera and SN won't give you BA1 service and legroom !
Some have strange words for such disasters!
No thX !

Will wait for a decent fare on one of the big boys then !

Besides searched for WOW Fares to USA , BA and AA were every time the cheaper option luggage incl. !

That should mean the route is very successful! What a pity that SN cannot codeshare :(

Indeed, otherwise the A380 was a possibility :)

Or like a very similar plane in seats of them, the B777, that would also have been nice to see here

Loads are better, than in 2017 to Bru, to add another flight ?

Aeroflot adds one daily flight to Moscow and will fly thrice-daily to Sheremetyevo from Winter 2018-2019.

https://www.aviation24.be/airlines/aero ... -brussels/

Brussels Airlines remains at one daily flight to Domodedovo. A missed opportunity?

A few years ago (2-3?) SN added a second flight 3 or 4 days a week, with the stated intention to go double daily. It never materialized.
Is Sheremetyevo a better choice than Domodedovo when you have no connecting code-share?
