It is NOT a Blue Panorama B737.
From AvHerald.com:

Cuban Media report a Blue Panorama Boeing 737 leased by Cubana de Aviacion crashed on takeoff. I-BPAC was seen operating flights CU-1976 and CU-1945 today and was in Havana at the time of the accident.

Cuba's Ministry of Transport reported the aircraft belonged to Global Aerolineas Damojh based in Mexico.

According to ATDB Global Aerolineas Damojh operate three Boeing 737s: a Boeing 737-200 registration XA-UHZ, a Boeing 737-200 XA-UMQ and a Boeing 737-500 XA-UZK. Neither aircraft appeared in Mode-S transponder data throughout the day.

Found this link on pprune https://t.co/YEOQeCq2hG?amp=1. Tragic imagery.

(also watch closely at the 00:11 mark - a 'Sabena Technics' T-shirt!)

Not that it really matters, but the possible crash site is more to the left of the yellow circle on the picture, on the vertical, straight line which is the railway track it crashed on, luckely an area with less housing than the one marked on the picture.
The man with the 'sabena technics' t-shirt can be seen walking along the railway track

The Flight Data Recorder has been retrieved.

There are officially 110 dead and 3 severely injured survivors. The victims are mostly Cuban, but also 11 foreigners among which 2 Argentinians, 2 citizens of the disputed territory of Western Sahara, and one Mexican passenger in addition to the 5 Mexican crew members.

May they rest in peace!

Just came back from HAV where I stayed 3 weeks. I landed in HAV the day of the crash. I flew some flights to SCU with CU. They grounded all the fleet except one ATR 72 from South Africa !...The 42 one is also OUT. They only have one aircraft for all flights ...it means 16 hours delay some days ! Yesterday, waiting the AF flight to CDG, I saw an IL 96 arriving from MAD with 10 passengers ! It's not the end...it's Cuba...but we are not far away !
