If both keep VLM in their name, it will remain confusing.

The purpose of VLM Brussels however is to become a charter company like Titan etc so sooner or later they'll change their name as it will be confusing .. but my guess is the Antwerp will keep the VLM name

It might be the other way around, the fact that they changed their name to VLM Regional could suggest that an agreement between the 2 companies was made and that ex-TCAB got the VLM brand out of the deal. The Antwerp operation is actually still SHS Antwerp Aviation with a business name "VLM Regional" while ex-TCAB is actually VLM Airlines.

true, but on the other hand VLM Brussels is about to rebrand too once they have their new planes as the 320's go back to the TC group so wait and see when they outline their new names

The 2 A320s are supposed to go back to Condor. But there was a project of TC Airlines Balearics. Interesting. These 2 A320s of the 3 for the launch of the airline are at VLM. Does anyone have any info about TC Airlines Balearics ?

We like to keep it simple. That's why we reduced our fare family to two different fares. Go Connect and Flex Connect. Book your flights from only 59 EUR one way including taxes on our website https://www.flyvlm.com and enjoy a nice city break.

Hi!
Does anybody know if VLM is planning to base an F50 at MBX?

There are some routes they could operate in summer. In my opinion the following ones would be suitable:

ZRH (Zürich)
BEG (Belgrade)
SPU (Split)
TIV (Tivat) or DBV (Dubrovnik) but not both.

Out of those ZRH and BEG could also be operated during winter few times per week.

I think it was mentioned earlier that VLM would operate ad hoc flights to Bari or some other Adriatic resorts. Whether the plane will be based in MBX is unknown. The routes to MUC and eventually ZRH should be operated by ANR-based aircraft.

@moderators

Can we split this topic in:
1) VLM Airlines Regional (Antwerp)
2) VLM Airlines (Brussels ex-TCAB)

Cheers

Hello

Quoted from the article (sorry only in Dutch) ''Het toestel voerde al vluchten uit voor maatschappijen als Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa en Air France'' WHERE?? WHEN?? Brussels OK but Lufthansa, Air France?

Btw It would be bad for a charter airline (since these A320's do only ACMI and charter work according to my info) to not survive the summer but it is the winter period that is the hardest...

Greetings,
All my posted timings are local !
