The one I also remember from my childhood was Ghana Airways in the 80's. Very colourful DC-10

Of course, there was also defunct Swissair (code SR, to ZRH and GVA), and what became its subsidiary Crossair (code LX) to later take over the remains of Swissair.

One of my old paper pictures scanned:

On rare occasions, LOT also sent an Il-62:

I am only aware of PanAm operating B727's into Tegel - and only from German airports, like München and, likely, Frankfurt.

[[edit:]] A quick walk on the www shows that TWA did fly from Berlin, like as not with B727's, but never to Brussels.

The flight Brussel Berlin Tegel did exist in the 90's.
It was a connecting with 5 th freedom rights.
First there was the leg JFK-BRU and then BRU-TXL

I was on one of these flights.

I remember (until back in the early 80´s):
Scottish European to GLA flying HS-748 (in fact they flew GLA-BRU-FRA-BRU-GLA).
Birmingham Executive to BHX with Gulfstream G-I or Jetstream-31
Tower Air to JFK with B-747
Nationair with DC-8 to YUL
EuroBelgian with B-733 to various destinations as the first Belgian LCC.

TW indeed served BRU from TXL albeit for a short period only.
Not to forget as TW was the last airline to operate the short B-727-100 in Europe (for scheduled ops)
I flew them once on their TXL-FRA service ...

Hewa Bora flew to BRU as well. I think first with the Tristar later with a 757-200 and then with a 767-200.

I can't remember the period should have been around 2005 and later?
