BRISTOL TRAVELLERS: ENHANCED CONNECTIVITY
THREE NEW EUROPEAN ROUTES LAUNCH FROM MUNICH

The UK’s most punctual scheduled airline, bmi regional (www.bmiregional.com), will now operate its 12-times weekly Bristol to Munich service into the Bavarian airport’s modern Terminal 2. The airline launched services from Munich to Rotterdam in The Netherlands, Liege in Belgium and Bern in Switzerland on the same day as the move, Sunday 29 March.

The move from Terminal 1 enables bmi regional passengers to enjoy enhanced connectivity with onward services with other airlines to destinations across Europe, the USA and Africa. They now benefit from the more contemporary facilities in the recently completed Terminal 2, which is just 30-minutes from the centre of Munich by integrated public transport.

In 2016, Munich Airport will add a satellite terminal with additional annual capacity for 11 million passengers, and the move ensures bmi regional customers are best-placed to take advantage of current and future airport facilities.

Paul Schultz, Chief Operating Officer at bmi regional, said: “Connectivity is key for business and leisure travellers, and Terminal 2 provides the very best seamless access for travellers from Bristol seeking onwards European and global connections.”

bmi regional flies 12 times each week from Bristol to Munich and as with all bmi regional flights, 20kg checked baggage and full at-seat in-flight bar and snack service are included.
